John is the Executive Producer of the live-action version of Starship Farragut, and plays John T. Carter, captain of the USS Farragut.

Holly plays Lt. Commander Smithfield, the sharp-tongued engineer of the USS Farragut. She is also the H/R and Casting Director for Farragut Films, and has written a script for a vignette which showcases how Smithfield and Tacket first met and became acquainted. She loves theater and film acting and has recently done voice work for another entity in the world of fan films.

Mark's talents with ADR has given him the experience with the cast and crew to record the majority of the Farragut's lines - both on the live action and the animated episodes.

Amy plays Doctor Holley, the chief medical officer on the Farragut.

Bob plays the transporter chief on the Farragut.

Tonya plays the communications officer on the Farragut.

After Michael began working with Starship Farragut, he submitted a story treatment to the group that was a bit too aggressive for a live action fan production. Taking a cue from the same hurdles faced with the original Star Trek series of the 60's, he proposed creating an animated version of his story. Michael put his plan into place, doing considerable research into 2D animation, reaching out to professional actors to fill the guest star spots, and also tracking down the co-founder of Filmation, Lou Scheimer, to get his endorsement (Filmation is the company responsible for the 1970's Trek Animated Series). All of this is in hopes of creating something rather special for the fans.

A fan of the animated Star Trek: The Animated Series since 1973, Kail Tescar created the web site http://www.startrekanimated.com in 1997, the premiere animated Trek website on the internet. Kail also contributed to the official CBS/Paramount DVD release of Star Trek: The Animated Episodes, by providing the producers with original scripts, storyboards and artwork he had collected for use in the bonus feature Drawing The Final Frontier.

After many attempts to get his original TAS comic books to come to life with other groups, Kail is now seeing a long-standing dream come true...to help create a new full-length, animated episode of Star Trek in Filmation-style. Partnered with NEO f/x, Kail is not only the lead illustrator, but also associate producing the project.

Ralph M. Miller is well known in the Trek film community as a master sound artist. Ralph, during his time in Southern California, made contacts with multiple sound artists and eventually acquired the original reel-to-reel sound effects for not only the original series, but the animated series as well. In addition to his talents with sound and Foley, Ralph is also very good at impersonating different types of voices.

Kenneth Thomson Jr. is a 3d Artist/Animator and has worked on both Richard Hatch's Battlestar Galactica: The Second Coming, as well as the Galactica television series that just completed its run on the Sci-fi Channel.  Ken has worked on 23 games and simulations, and is a writer of several (as yet) unpublished fantasy/sci-fi stories. He is also currently developing his own fan film series entitled Starship Saladin. This production will be presented in several formats, including live action, 3D animated and comic book-story formats.  Finally, Ken is also the creator of Demonslayers, a fantasy-film project that is still in development.  Other credits include: Unseen Evil, The Twilight Zone, as well as the pilot for Nickelodeon's Space Cases, which was created by Peter David and Bill Mumy. 

G.S.Davis is a comic book artist that came to Farragut in early 2008. Having just recently completed his Bachelors of Science Degree in Animation from Westwood University in 2005, Guy decided to go on what he calls a Walkabout to gain some perspective on the world. His walkabout took him to the beautiful countryside of the northern Kanto region in Japan where he currently teaches Junior High English in a sleepy town north of Tokyo. Guy spends a lot of his free time working on a fan comic called Tamerlane, which follows the mission of a TOS-era Destroyer Tamerlane and her quirky captain, Julienne Cochrane. Charles Barnard has been a digital artist in various industries for the past 25 years. Being a fan of the original Star Trek Animated Series, Charles jumped at the opportunity to help out with the artwork in the Starship Farragut animated episodes. Charles currently works as an art director for a leading publisher of mobile and iPhone games.

When Star Trek : Deep Space Nice producers looked to cast the beautiful dabo girl Leeta, they didn't have to look far. Chase had origianally auditioned for the part of Marta, Jake Sisko's girlfriend. While she was one of two actresses up for the part, she lost out because she was considered a bit too attractive. The role of Leeta, a dabo girl, was written with her in mind, even though she still had to audition for the role.

Chase also stars as "Xela" in the Tim Russ-directed Of Gods and Men, and will be voicing multiple characters in the animated episodes.

The addition of Tim Russ was last minute for the animated episodes. Michael Struck, having worked on the Tim Russ directed Of Gods and Men, e-mailed Tim one day to ask about some of the visual effects, and by the time the e-mail conversation was finished Tim had agreed to make an appearance as Tumar, a Vulcan scientist who makes an appearance in The Needs of the Many. Some may speculate that this character is a relative of Tuvok, the character Tim played on the 7-year run of Star Trek Voyager. Maybe so... Infinite Diversity in Infinite Combinations.

As a voice actor, Jason, who is a featured voice actor for Time Warner Cable, has voiced well over 300 spots for TV/Radio, plus Station Imaging, Animation Projects, Gaming Videos, and Trailers. He is described as a warm voice with a polished narrative. A sincere, professional, passionate, call to action quality, with outstanding station imaging for radio and television. In the animated episodes he plays Captain Aaron Glenn, commander of the USS Azrael.

Vic Migogna was recommended to NEO f/x by Chase Masterson, and for good reason; he is an outstanding voice artist who has done voice work for dozens of anime series, movies, and video games. Vic is best known for his dub role of Edward Elric in Fullmetal Alchemist and Broly in Dragon Ball Z. The American Anime Awards presented Vic an award for Best Actor in a lead role for his work in Fullmetal Alchemist.

In the animated episodes Vic plays a few background male voices, including a very helpful Andorian in The Needs of the Many.

Anyone familiar with Saturday morning cartoons of the 60's and 70's should be familiar with Lou Scheimer, the co-founder of Filmation. Besides Star Trek : The Animated Series, Filmation was also a main staple of Saturday mornings with shows such as Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids, The Original Ghostbusters, He-Man, and even live-action programs such as Jason of Star Command.

Lou has been a true inspiration to Starship Farragut: The Animated Episodes by giving his full endorsement to this project and even lending his voice to promos and characters within the episodes.

If you are into Star Trek, you should certainly know the name Jack Treviño. Jack was the co-writer of the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine stories 'Little Green Men' and 'Indiscretions', along with co-writing for the fan productions Star Trek: Of Gods and Men and Star Trek: New Voyages.

Thomas was a child actor who performed in many commercials and in Tom Stoppard's Night and Day on Broadway. In 1999, Thomas formed Magique Productions in order to pursue a career in multimedia, and began publishing various role-playing games and role-playing game modules such as Caeron 3000, The Forgotten Isle, Dark Raiders of Misty Ridge, Advent of Darkness, and Unbidden, a Living Forgotten Realms adventure.

In the past 3 years, Thomas has gotten involved in the Star Trek fan film scene. He is a writer for Star Trek: Excalibur, Star Trek: Origins, Star Trek: Lexington, and of course, Power Source.
